We now offer auto-rebilling for all new member subscriptions, which are auto-rebilled, by default, at the end of the subscription period.

Before your subscription expires, however, we will send you a reminder by e-mail, letting you know that your subscription is about to expire and giving you the option to cancel the rebilling, if you wish.

You can review your account settings and turn off the rebilling feature at any time by visiting the member options page. Note, however, that if you turn off rebilling, we cannot guarantee you will be able to re-subscribe at the same rate.

If you purchased your current subscription when we were using PaySystems, our former payment processor (Sep 2003 - Jul 2004), then you may be expecting your account to be auto-rebilled, as they had indicated when you paid. However, PaySystems no longer offers the merchant account plan we had been using, and so your account will not be rebilled. Instead, we will contact you when your subscription is about to expire, with information about re-subscribing or canceling your subscription.
